Optimism, Pessimism or both?

We are encouraged to always be positive. That you are better off being optimistic than accepting scents of pessimisms whenever you smell them. But you realize that when the situation points at a bad thing you may well save yourself gross unexpected results by admitting that the things could be just as bad as they are feared.

Yesterday Luckson advised us that some problem we are likely facing in the project and the timeline we are working on, considering the expected deliverables, it might not be wise to maintain confidence on fixing the problem before 13.00hrs but to consider contingent measures that can optionally take us through to our deliverables.

It has come to pass that it is now 13.03hrs and the resolution process is yet to start because the incident point of the problem can not be accessed. So, may be Maragia was right to ask that given the time constraints the actioning officers should sleep out on the problem and fix it way before deadline.

Open your ears and see what you want your eyes to see but also send a glance to what you want to avoid seeing just to have an opinion of how what you are avoiding looks like.
